Shipping and Returns / Product Changes
Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hours from the registration of your order, unless in the meantime mediates holiday, so sent the next business day.
The mission is made through the company ACS Courier, which covers the entire Greece and Cyprus. We are shipping in EU countries through GLS(in cooperation with ACS) and in nonEU Countries through ELTA Post Office.
The cost of shipping the products charged to the buyer(there is a free shipping service for orders over 50€).
Return products for change are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, with the prerequisite that the product in its original packaging.
The Free return of products is only valid for orders in Greece and only if the customer wishes to change the size of thep product or buy another product, otherwise the return shipping costs should be covered from the customer.
